You might be experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, grief, relationship difficulties, or the effects of trauma. Maybe you find yourself feeling stuck, repeating unwanted patterns, feeling disconnected from yourself or others, or wondering why you haven't been able to make lasting change. Whatever brings you here, I believe there is value in getting curious about your experiences.

Come and see what's possible when we approach your thoughts, feelings, and nervous system with curiosity, compassion, and creativity.

I believe clarity, healing, and transformation begins with curiosity. Together, we can explore your story with compassion, gaining a deeper understanding of your mind, your relationships, and your nervous system in ways that create meaningful and lasting change.

In our counselling relationship, I prioritize your emotional and relational safety as we explore your experiences. Rather than seeing difficult thoughts, emotions, behaviours, or relationship patterns as problems that need to be eliminated, I want to understand what they might be trying to tell us. I believe that every part of you has a positive intention for you that makes sense in the context that it originally developed in. When we approach therapy with the understanding that even the parts of ourselves that we struggle with developed for a reason, it becomes easier to access curiousity, compassion, and clarity. Instead of asking, 'How do I get rid of this part of me?' we might ask, 'How is this part of me trying to serve, protect, or help me?'

Curiosity is at the heart of my therapy approach.Together, we can explore how your experiences have shaped the way you relate to yourself, other people, and the world around you. Clarity often starts with gentle curiosity.
